Returns & refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days.

The 14-day window

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request a return. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

How it works

  1. Open your order and choose “Request a return”.
  2. Pick the items and tell us the reason (optional).
  3. We review your request and email you the next steps.
  4. Once the return is approved and received, we issue your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. The value of the returned goods is refunded; original shipping costs may be non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, in line with EU consumer rules.
